All transactions shall be carried out based on the principle of fair competition with equal opportunities for participation. We aim to achieve mutual long-term growth through establishing trust and collaboration via transparent and equitable transactions.
01.Relationship with partner company
A. Accepting or offering entertainment from business partners is prohibited
B. Offering labor and equipment support to partners are prohibited
C. Financial transactions and equity investments with partners are prohibited
D. High-priced buying and selling (include subcontractors) prohibited
02.Expense relationship
A. Prohibits exclusive use of expense
B. Additional compensation beyond officially provided is not allowed under the welfare policy
C. Parting gift are prohibited for supervisors who change departments or are on overseas business trips
D. Unsubstantiated expenses are prohibited
03.Avoid committing any violations and make sure to clarify business and personal relationships
A. Secondary employment and extracurricular activities outside of work hours are prohibited
B. Prohibit private real estate sales with partners
C. Prevent unjust and forceful business practices with relatives
D. Employees are not allowed to use company assets for personal use
04.Hierarchy in the organization
A. Employees must not feel pressured to refer clients to companies with which their boss has business relationships
B. Employees are not allowed to assist supervisors in neglecting their responsibilities or issuing unfair orders
C. Supervisors are not allowed to ask subordinates for money, entertainment, or personal favors
D. Ban employees from engaging in financial transactions
E. Distinguish between gifts and bribes
F. Informal gatherings within the company that go beyond socializing and are based on academic or familial connections are prohibited

A. Do not use work-related information for personal purposes

We receive reports of unfair work, unreasonable demands using position, and corruption. Reports will be handled confidentially, kept private, and individuals who breach company rules will face repercussions in line with company disciplinary procedures.
